Thanks for shopping at Sunny’s Pop. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 10 calendar days to return any clothing from the date you received it. All other sales are final, including beauty. To be eligible for a return of clothing, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and with the original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

For any items that arrive damaged from shipping, please email info@sunnys-pop.com to file a claim.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your item. Then we inspect and notify you on the status of your refund after inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), and you will receive the credit within 5 business days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
